Send the original from your camera roll if you can — screenshots and pictures saved from WhatsApp lose detail. An old print works too: lay it flat and photograph it in daylight. A person checks it before we print anything, and we will email you if it will not come out well.

Please read: no chains included

These are the charms on their own. Chains are not included. Each fits any chain up to 2.7mm thick, which covers almost every standard necklace chain. We sell them this way to keep the price honest — most people already have a chain they like.

Your photos are checked by a person

Before anything is printed, a real person looks at both photos. If either one is too small, too dark or too blurry to come out well, we email you before we make it. And if a charm arrives and it isn't right, we remake it free.

Your photos stay yours

We use your photos to make your charms and for nothing else — never in advertising or on social media, unless you tell us in writing that we can. Files are deleted 30 days after delivery.

About silver plating

Silver-plated metal with a clear protective lacquer over the print, nickel-free. Plating is a surface finish, not solid silver. Take them off before showering, swimming or sleeping, keep perfume and moisturiser off them, and wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing — stored dry, they stay bright for years.

Returns

Because each charm is made with your photo, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns — stated here before you buy. Anything faulty, damaged or not as described is replaced or refunded in full.
