Where we ship

Evercarry ships to United Kingdom addresses only.

How long it takes

Every charm is made to order and printed in the UK. There is no stock sitting on a shelf — yours is produced once you order it.

• Making it: about 5 working days
• Delivery: free, 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Typically with you within 7–10 working days of ordering

If your photo needs checking with you first, we will email you, and that pauses the clock until you reply.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free and already included in the price shown at checkout.

What arrives

The charm only. A chain is not included — this is stated on every product page before you buy. The charm fits any chain up to 2.7mm thick.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Ordering for a particular date

Email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it in time. We would rather turn away an order than miss a date that matters.

Delays

Occasionally postal delays happen outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, contact us and we will look into it straight away.
